SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

At SAYVOIR, we want your experience to feel as refined and reliable as the timepieces we create. Our shipping and returns process is designed to be transparent, secure and customer-focused.

Shipping

We prepare and package every order with great care to ensure your watch arrives in perfect condition. All orders are shipped with tracked delivery, so you can follow your package from dispatch to arrival.

We offer worldwide shipping, and each watch is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your destination and local courier services. While most orders arrive quickly, exact delivery windows can differ per region.

Returns

If your order does not fully meet your expectations, you may return it within 1 month (30 days) of receiving your watch.

To qualify for a return, the watch must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, protective films and accessories.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may be declined if the product shows signs of wear or damage, if protective films or original packaging are missing, if the item has been intentionally exposed to water causing damage, or if it concerns a custom or personalized order (unless defective).
